VIP Meet & Greet at Paris CDG: what it is and who it is for

Charles de Gaulle is a large airport. For a first-time visitor, a family with children or anyone who simply prefers a smooth start or end to the trip, a personal guide can make a real difference. That is what our VIP Meet & Greet is: a personal greeter at Paris CDG, on arrival or on departure.

On arrival

Our agent meets you at the aircraft door, holding a sign with your name. From there, the agent accompanies you through the airport. You do not have to find your way alone, read the signs or work out where to go next.

On departure

For departures, the agent meets you at your departure terminal. The agent helps you with customs and with tax-refund declarations, and then takes you to your lounge or to your gate. If you have shopped in Paris and want to claim back the tax, this help is especially useful.

Greeter alone, or with a chauffeur

The VIP Meet & Greet is a service in its own right, and the greeter works without a car. You can also combine it with a chauffeur transfer.

• On arrival with a chauffeur: your chauffeur waits at the professional parking or drop-off point, and the greeter brings you straight to them.
• On departure with a chauffeur: your chauffeur takes you to the airport, the greeter meets you at your terminal and looks after the rest.

You can book the greeter for arrivals or for departures at CDG.

What it costs

The VIP Meet & Greet is 220€ for up to 3 people with 3 checked bags. Each extra person or checked bag is 60€ more. Carry-on bags are free. Please check the Rates page for the current details, because prices can change.

How to book

Tell us whether you need the greeter on arrival or on departure, your flight number and date, the number of passengers and the number of checked bags. If you would also like a chauffeur, say so and we will arrange the pick-up point with you.
