Chauffeur & Presentation
Professional chauffeur dressed in a dark suit and tie for every journey.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Full payment is required for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Grace Periods
15 minutes of grace time for hotel, restaurant and other non-airport pick-ups. 90 minutes of grace time for airport pickups — after 90 minutes, the Paris hourly rate will apply. 30 minutes of grace time for train station pick-ups.
International Arrivals
For certain international arrivals, your chauffeur will arrive 20 minutes after the flight lands to help avoid unnecessary waiting charges.
Onboard Amenities
Every vehicle is equipped with bottled water, tissues, umbrellas and phone chargers for your comfort and convenience.
Airport & Train Greetings
For airport and train pick-ups, clients are greeted on the arrival platform with their name sign.
Child Seats
A complimentary car seat or booster seat is provided when requested.
