ON TIME GUARENTEE

At We Outside Paris, we understand that your time is valuable. That’s why we guarantee that our drivers will arrive on time, every time. If for unforseen reason your driver is 20 minutes late, your ride is on us. That’s right – we will provide your ride for free. It’s our way of ensuring that we provide you with the highest level of service possible.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. This Applies ALL FLAT RATE SERVICE.
Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled pick-up time will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare.
Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any cancellation fees.
Any changes to the pick-up time or location must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

NO SHOW.

In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged the full fare for the reservation..
In the event that you are unable to locate your driver, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for immediate assistance on our watsapp business account, +33764020928 and we will direct you to you appointed driver. Kindly note that should you depart without contacting us, you will be invoiced for the complete amount of the ride (Or a no show Fee) If we do not receive any communication from you, the driver will wait for a period of 30 minutes at regular Pickups and up to 90 minutes at Airport pickups after the scheduled pickup time. Throughout the designated waiting period, our team will make diligent efforts to contact you using the provided contact number(s). If no response is received during this timeframe, the vehicle will be released, and you will be liable for the full price (or a no show fee) inclusive of any waiting time charges. To request the driver to wait, kindly contact our office for approval. In the event that we do not receive any communication from you within the specified timeframe, we will make an additional attempt to reach you. If no contact is established, you will be billed fully for the ride and any applicable waiting time charges. If you cannot locate your driver, Please call +337 64 020928 to avoid a “No Show” fee.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:

The service payment must be settled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. All Receipt are sent by email.
Kindly note that in the event of non-payment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, we regret to inform you that our driver will not be dispatched to the location for the agreed-upon service.”

DISPUTE.

FOR OUR CORPORATE CLIENT:

Unless we receive an objection within 5 days from the invoice date, all charges listed in the invoice will be deemed accurate and payable by our corporate clients with established corporate accounts. To initiate a dispute, please mail us copies of the vouchers under dispute, clearly indicating the disputed charges or items. Please note that any disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable

FOR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS OR PERSONAL PROFILE

All charges made to the customer’s credit card will be presumed accurate unless we receive a written objection within 15 days from the date of the charge. To dispute any charges, please provide written notice within the specified timeframe. To initiate a dispute, please mail us a copy of the credit card statement or credit card slip, clearly indicating the disputed charges and items. It is essential to include this documentation when raising your objection. Please note that without providing the necessary supporting documentation, we may be unable to process your dispute effectively.
Please be advised that disputes raised beyond this timeframe will be deemed final and non-refundable .
By accepting the reservation voucher, it is understood that the reservation made, including its time, date, and itinerary, is considered final and correct. No disputes will be accepted if the booking made by the individual is found to be incorrect or inaccurate. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure the accuracy of the provided booking details prior to acceptance.

COLLECTION FEES

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal costs, accounting fees, expenses, and disbursements incurred for all actions taken prior to, during, and after the initiation of legal proceedings to collect outstanding payments in cases of non-payment.

RATE CHANGES

Kindly be aware that ‘We Outside Paris’ retains the right to modify the rates, terms, and services for bookings without prior notice.

Itemized Invoices

For corporate clients with the established corporate accounts, itemized invoices will be issued and sent no Later than 24 hours after the booking confirmation.
For individual accounts and payment profiles, Itemized Invoices are sent before the service

Payment Due Date

For our Valued Corporate clients established corporate accounts, we kindly request that all payments be received no later than 10 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in the contract. Any payments not received within the specified time frame will be subject to interest charges at a rate of 18% per annum or 1.5% per month
For individual accounts and personal profiles, All payments should be recieved after executing the ride. For credit card holders the total charge will be charged to their credit card after completion of the ride.

Point to Point Fare

Our fares for point-to-point transportation are determined based on mileage and zones, and we offer a competitive flat rate of 99€ for both E-Class and V-Class vehicles.
Our fare is applicable for transportation within the Paris boroughs. It covers both the pickup from any location within the boroughs and the drop-off to any destination within the 20 Paris boroughs.
Corporate accounts that meet the minimum usage requirements may be eligible for special discounts based on the volume of their transportation, providing cost-saving benefits tailored to their needs.

Hourly Rates (Disposable Services and Tours)

Hourly charges are determined by the duration of service, starting from the scheduled pickup within the Paris boroughs and ending at the drop-off location within any of the 20 Paris boroughs, ensuring accurate billing based on the actual time of usage. A minimum booking duration of 3 hours is required for our services, ensuring that we can accommodate your transportation needs effectively and provide a satisfactory experience within the Paris boroughs.
Please note that if your pickup or drop-off location is outside of the 20 Paris boroughs, additional charges may apply to cover the extended distance. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide a grace period of 50 minutes for both domestic and international flights. This grace period starts from the reported flight arrival time, allowing sufficient flexibility to accommodate any unforeseen delays. However, for international flights, a longer grace period of 90 minutes is allowed. This ensures that customers have ample time to go through customs and other immigration procedures before proceeding to the designated pickup area. Please note that these grace periods apply specifically to airport pickups and are designed to accommodate any reasonable delays associated with flight arrivals.
We have a flight tracking system in place, so you generally don’t need to contact us unless there are exceptional circumstances such as missing your flight, being bumped off, or taking an alternative plane. Please note that for Train pickups, we are unable to provide real-time monitoring like we do for flight arrivals. Therefore, billing will commence after a grace period of 30 minutes following the scheduled pickup time. This allows for reasonable flexibility in case of any train delays or unforeseen circumstances. For all other pickups (excluding airport and train pickups), a grace period of 15 minutes is granted. This grace period allows for any minor delays or unforeseen circumstances.

After the 15-minute grace period, waiting time will be charged in 60-minute increments. Stops

The price per stop can vary based on the distance and location of each stop along the route. To obtain specific pricing information for multiple stops, we kindly request that you contact us directly. Our team will be happy to provide you with the relevant pricing details based on your specific requirements. However, please note that courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper, or mail a letter, do not incur any additional charges. We understand the need for quick errands during the journey and strive to accommodate such requests without imposing extra fees.
Please be aware that for longer stops or picking up additional passengers during the journey, additional charges may apply. The billing will take into account the extended duration or the number of extra passengers beyond the original agreement.

Airport Meet and Greet:

We are pleased to offer a complimentary Meet and Greet service to all our customers. This service ensures that our professional driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival holding a sign displaying your name. This personalized service ensures easy identification and a warm welcome upon your arrival, whether it is at the airport or train station, making your transition to transportation as smooth as possible. Gratuities and Taxes

In France, tipping is not mandatory, and it is up to the customer’s discretion whether to leave a gratuity or not. All our rates include all the taxes- VAT INCLUDED.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer complimentary baby seats at NOADDITIONAL COST to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for you and your little ones. Please let us know if you require a baby seat during your travel. We highly recommend the Viano Mercedes, which is equipped with spacious seating and ideal for accommodating families with infants.

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that We Outside Paris retains the right to substitute the designated vehicle in case of a mechanical breakdown. In the event that partial service is rendered, the client assumes full responsibility for the associated charges, which will be duly charged to the credit card on file. It is important to acknowledge that We Outside Paris cannot be held liable for any delays or termination of service arising from unsafe road conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to accidents or the absence of road salt application. We Outside Paris is not responsible for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, mechanical problems, accidents or any other Acts of God.
Clients accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage and/or special clean up due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of the client’s party. This includes burns, vomiting, broken stemware, scratches, stains, broken windows, mirrors,etc. For any damages incurred clients agrees to pay We Outside Paris or its authorizing agent at all time of the incident or upon completion of service If the credit card supplied for additional charges is not able to be charged, the client agrees to pay for the damages incurred within 5 business days. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. 200€ Special Cleanup: 200€ Stemware: 25€. Any additional damage will be quoted by the office.
We Outside Paris will not carry more than the specified number of passengers indicated in the confirmation, or over the vehicle’s capacity. We Outside Paris authorization required to do so
We Outside Paris is not responsible for lost, stolen , left, unattended or forgotten belongings in the vehicle at any time while in the clients use or after.
All vehicles in We Outside Paris Fleet are considered non-smoking vehicles! The use of illegal substances is forbidden. The use of alcohol by minors is prohibited. We Outside Paris reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if these rules are violated. If these rules are regulations are violated by the client or any member of the clients of the client’s party, it may result in the immediate termination of service and client will be charged the full amount of the service with no refund and cleaning fees may apply. The driver has the right to terminate any trip without refund I there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroofs of vehicles or to stand in the aisles of busses when the vehicle in motion.
